These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the marketing services provided by Prestige Marketing FZ-LLC (“Prestige”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company licensed in the RAKEZ Free Zone, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (Licence No. 47020515). By engaging Prestige or accepting a proposal, you (the “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Prestige provides marketing services, which may include social media management, content and creative production, paid advertising management, brand strategy, influencer and creator campaigns, and performance reporting. The specific scope of services is defined in each Client’s proposal or service agreement.
Prestige does not provide accredited education, regulated financial or investment advice, or any guarantee of specific revenue, sales, follower, or business results. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in the proposal or service agreement agreed between Prestige and the Client. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately and is subject to mutual agreement before commencement.
The Client agrees to provide timely access to accounts, assets, brand information, and approvals reasonably required to deliver the services. Delays in providing materials or approvals may affect agreed timelines. The Client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials and claims it asks Prestige to publish.
Upon full payment, final approved deliverables produced specifically for the Client become the Client’s property. Prestige retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, templates, processes, and unused concepts, and may showcase delivered work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Services may rely on third-party platforms (such as Meta, TikTok, and other advertising or social networks). Prestige is not responsible for changes, outages, account actions, or policy decisions made by those platforms. Advertising spend payable to such platforms is separate from Prestige’s service fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Fees are invoiced as set out in the applicable proposal or service agreement, typically as a monthly retainer payable in advance. Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment processors. Prestige reserves the right to pause services on overdue accounts and to amend pricing with reasonable notice.
Each party agrees to keep the other’s confidential information private and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prestige shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from the services. Prestige’s total liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Engagements continue on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed. Either party may end the engagement with the notice period stated in the applicable agreement. Fees for work already performed or committed remain payable.
Prestige may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

This Privacy Policy explains how Prestige Marketing FZ-LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information in connection with our marketing services and this website.
We engage trusted third-party service providers including payment processors, hosting providers, advertising and social platforms, CRM and reporting tools, and email service providers. These providers are contractually obligated to process data only as instructed.
Prestige does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.
Prestige implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all marketing services engaged through Prestige Marketing FZ-LLC (“Prestige”).
Marketing services are delivered as time, creative work, and media management. Because work begins promptly once an engagement starts, fees for services already performed or committed (including third-party advertising spend and work in progress) are non-refundable.
By accepting a proposal and making payment, the Client acknowledges that Prestige allocates team time and resources to the engagement from its start date.
Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with the notice period stated in the applicable proposal or service agreement. On cancellation, the Client remains responsible for fees covering work completed and committed up to the end of the notice period. Any prepaid fees for work not yet started or committed will be refunded.
Refund requests are reviewed at Prestige’s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. To submit a request, contact support@prestigemarketing.com with your engagement details and reason for request.
Where a deliverable falls materially short of what was agreed in the proposal, Prestige will use reasonable efforts to revise or re-deliver the work. Where resolution is not possible, Prestige may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund or credit for the affected deliverable.
This policy does not exclude, limit, or modify any non-excludable rights or guarantees to which clients may be entitled under applicable consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction.
